Balance is important in life-everything is going on, so it takes a little effort to find and control it. Relationships, careers, health, and spiritual fulfillment are important for a balanced life.

8 Tips for Finding Balance


1. Switch off

Distinguish between on and off and turn off on weekends. Keep a distance from your smartphone and turn off your computer. Give your brain a rest in work mode. Manage your time by turning it on and off.

2. Make time to exercise every day

7. Balance starts from the mental state

Perhaps many people think that "balancing" is finding a way to do everything. But the idea here is different. We are busy every day and often don't have time to take a step back and look ahead. So the first thing I want to do is maintain a balanced mental state. With the little effort I'm introducing here, I'll keep this balance.


8. Don't listen to the noise

Stop trying to please others and focus on what you need most in your life today. Set aside the surroundings and focus on writing a "list of things you need". Once you know what you need, you can avoid feeling anxious about being "unbalanced."
